What You Will Do

What We Are Looking For

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Minimum of 18 years of age
  • Hotel, front desk, and/or reservations experience preferred
  • Computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office and Property Management System (PMS) experience
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to learn and develop new skills quickly
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Experience with call center software and customer relationship management (CRM) systems
