Job Description

About the Role

The Resource Management Team Leader plays a pivotal role in overseeing the day-to-day staffing operations at Unit4. This involves leading a team of resource managers, driving process consistency, and ensuring the efficient allocation of resources across various projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing conflicting priorities, optimizing resource utilization, and driving business growth.

As a key member of the Resource Management Office (RMO), the Team Leader will work closely with stakeholders to understand their resource requirements and develop strategies to meet these needs. This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication, and the ability to drive change within the organization.

The Team Leader will report to the senior leadership team and will be responsible for driving the resource management strategy across the organization. This will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and professional services.

What You Will Do
