What You Will Do

  • Develop and implement resource mobilization plans to achieve organizational objectives

  • Coordinate and facilitate meetings, events, and other activities to support resource mobilization efforts

What We Are Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration, Marketing, or Communications
  • At least 2 years of experience in resource mobilization, fundraising, or a related field
  • Proven track record of successfully mobilizing resources and achieving fundraising goals
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and project management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with digital tools and platforms for resource mobilization and project management
  • Certification in fundraising or a related field is an asset
  • Fluency in more than one language is beneficial but not required
