What You Will Do
- Develop and implement resource mobilization plans to achieve organizational objectives
- Conduct research to identify potential resources and opportunities for collaboration
- Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including donors, partners, and community leaders
- Coordinate and facilitate meetings, events, and other activities to support resource mobilization efforts
- Analyze data and reports to assess the effectiveness of resource mobilization strategies
- Collaborate with the team to identify and address potential challenges and opportunities
- Manage and maintain databases and records related to resource mobilization
- Stay up-to-date with trends and best practices in resource mobilization and make recommendations for improvement
- Work closely with the finance team to ensure effective budgeting and financial management of resources
- Participate in the development of proposals and reports to secure funding and resources
What We Are Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration, Marketing, or Communications
- At least 2 years of experience in resource mobilization, fundraising, or a related field
- Proven track record of successfully mobilizing resources and achieving fundraising goals
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and project management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience with digital tools and platforms for resource mobilization and project management
- Certification in fundraising or a related field is an asset
- Fluency in more than one language is beneficial but not required

- Experience with CRM software and database management
