## What You Will Do - Review resumes and cover letters from potential candidates - Contact candidates who meet the requirements for various positions - Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidate fit - Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to develop recruitment strategies - Utilize digital tools to source and track candidate applications - Provide feedback to candidates on their applications and interview performance - Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the company's hiring needs - Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in digital recruitment - Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement in the recruitment process - Develop and implement creative solutions to attract top talent
## What We Are Looking For - 2+ years of experience in digital recruitment or a related field - Strong understanding of digital skills and technologies - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Experience with recruitment software and tools - Bachelor's degree in a related field - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
