About the Role

The Retail Account Manager role at Face Reality Skincare is a key position that requires a high-performing, relationship-driven individual to lead growth and execution across key strategic and national accounts within the professional and medical channels. This role sits at the intersection of account management, field execution, and retail sell-through strategy, ensuring partners successfully drive both backbar adoption and retail conversion. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the skincare industry and be able to build strong relationships with key stakeholders.

As a Retail Account Manager, you will be responsible for owning and executing account plans across assigned strategic partners, identifying opportunities for revenue growth, and analyzing sales performance to inform strategy and action plans. You will also partner with the Education team to execute Train-the-Trainer programs, in-person trainings, and virtual learning programs to support sell-through.

What You Will Do

  • Own and execute account plans across assigned strategic partners
  • Identify and drive opportunities for revenue growth, SKU expansion, and increased average order value (AOV)
  • Analyze sales performance, sell-through trends, and account behavior to inform strategy and action plans
  • Partner with Education to execute Train-the-Trainer (TTT), in-person trainings, and virtual learning programs
  • Drive retail performance at the door level through education, merchandising guidance, and promotional strategy
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including founders, operators, lead estheticians, and field leadership
  • Conduct account visits, business reviews (QBRs), and in-field + virtual trainings to drive alignment and accountability
  • Support new door openings with strong onboarding, opening orders, and launch execution
  • Plan and execute product launches, promotions, and seasonal campaigns to drive incremental revenue

What We Are Looking For

  • 3+ years of experience in account management, retail sell-through, and backbar conversion
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and building strong relationships with key stakeholders
  • Deep understanding of the skincare industry and esthetician workflows
  • Excellent communication and strategic thinking skills
  • Ability to analyze sales performance and inform strategy and action plans
  • Experience with Excel and Adjust
  • Strong relationship-building skills and ability to partner with cross-functional teams

  • Experience with CRM software and pipeline management
  • Knowledge of the professional and medical channels
  • Experience with product launches and promotions
  • Certification in skincare or a related field
