About the Role

As a Retail Marketing Coordinator at Crown Affair, you will play a vital role in supporting the day-to-day execution of the company's retail business, with a strong focus on Sephora. You will work closely with the Manager, Retail Marketing & Sales, and partner cross-functionally across various departments to bring retail initiatives to life. Your attention to detail, organizational skills, and proactive approach will be essential in ensuring the successful execution of retail marketing programs and initiatives.

You will report to the Manager, Retail Marketing & Sales, and work closely with other departments, including Brand, Creative, Product Marketing, Operations, and Education. What You Will Do

  • Support the planning and execution of retailer marketing programs and initiatives across Sephora and key retail partners
  • Assist in the planning and execution of product launches, retail marketing campaigns, promotional moments, sampling initiatives, and seasonal activations
  • Own the completion and submission of retailer launch materials, including product information, pricing, imagery, copy, timelines, and operational requirements
  • Maintain internal and external retail marketing calendars, trackers, and timelines to ensure all deliverables and milestones stay on track
  • Help manage retailer requests and communications, ensuring timely follow-up and execution across accounts
  • Support the development of retailer meeting materials, presentations, and recaps
  • Assist in business reporting by maintaining sales trackers and monitoring promotional performance and retailer marketing placements
  • Support competitive reporting and market research to identify opportunities within the prestige beauty landscape
  • Own the development of visual merchandising briefs for fixture updates, animations, and in-store marketing support
  • Manage ongoing product page audits across retailer sites to ensure brand consistency, accuracy, and alignment with current merchandising standards

What We Are Looking For

  • 2+ years of experience in retail marketing or a related field
  • Strong proficiency in Excel and experience with retail marketing calendars and trackers
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Experience with visual merchandising and product page management
  • Knowledge of the prestige beauty industry and retailer marketing initiatives
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams, including brand, creative, and operations
