## About the Role As a Retail Sales Manager at Vita Coco, you will play a pivotal role in driving the company's retail sales efforts in the North DSD region. Your primary objective will be to develop and execute strategic plans that enhance distribution, display, and shelf set opportunities across top accounts. This is a critical position that requires a deep understanding of the retail landscape, excellent sales and negotiation skills, and the ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders. You will be working closely with the sales team, distributors, and retail customers to achieve revenue and depletion goals. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving sales growth, improving in-store execution, and managing complex retail partnerships. You will be responsible for analyzing sales data, identifying trends, and developing insights that inform sales strategies and optimize retail execution. Your ability to communicate effectively, both written and verbally, will be essential in this role, as you will be presenting sales plans, negotiating with retailers, and collaborating with internal stakeholders.
