About the Role
The Retail Specialist role at Sunrun is a dynamic and influential position, responsible for fostering relationships with potential customers and educating them on the benefits of renewable energy solutions. As a key member of the retail team, you will be the face of the Sunrun brand, working within designated partner retail stores to generate enthusiasm and drive sales. What You Will Do
- Proactively schedule appointments and meetings with potential customers to discuss renewable energy solutions
- Educate customers on the benefits of solar energy and storage solutions, addressing their concerns and answering their questions
- Build and maintain relationships with retail partners, ensuring a strong understanding of Sunrun's products and services
- Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and operations, to drive business growth and achieve sales targets
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, applying this knowledge to improve sales and customer engagement strategies
- Meet and exceed sales targets, contributing to the growth and expansion of the Sunrun customer base
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive experience for all customers and retail partners
- Participate in training and development programs, enhancing your skills and knowledge to stay ahead in the industry
- Work flexibly, including weekends and evenings, to maximize sales success and earning potential

- Reliable transportation and a willingness to travel within a designated territory

- High school diploma or equivalent required, with a degree in a related field preferred
