## What You Will Do - Onboard new participants into their workplace plans by providing education on company matches and savings, as well as fundamental guidance on choosing an investment strategy.
- Support consolidation inquiries by proactively inquiring about prior workplace plans and other outside investments, offering suitable solutions to meet customer needs.
- Engage in needs-based analysis with Tax Exempt Market retirement plan participants to identify appropriate solutions that complement and support their overall retirement plan.
- Leverage guidance offerings and appropriate tools to assist customers with their retirement readiness.
- Apply consultative selling skills to customer interactions to identify suitable solutions and guidance while acquiring, retaining, and developing assets.
- Understand and articulate Fidelity Viewpoints to provide general education to clients.
- Identify opportunities to provide more complex guidance and partner with other Retirement Planner associates as needed.
- Utilize digital skills to communicate effectively with clients and manage workflows efficiently.
- Stay updated on market trends, economic changes, and regulatory updates to provide accurate and relevant advice.
- 2+ years of experience in a customer service or sales role.
- Knowledge of tax-exempt retirement products and services.
- Previous phone center experience.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver exceptional customer results.
- Comprehensive understanding of the current market, economy, and economic trends.
- Robust consultative, influencing, and communication skills.
- Proven capability to be proactive and demonstrate initiative.
- Strong time management and prioritization skills.
