What We Are Looking For

• Previous experience working with Axiom, including interviewing for and being accepted to our waitlist, or actively engaging through Axiom with a client
• Active bar membership in good standing (if an attorney)
• Strong communication and analytical skills, essential for success in Axiom's fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Ability to thrive in dynamic, fast-paced environments, with a passion for innovation in legal practice
• Proficiency in Excel, with the ability to utilize data analytics in legal projects
• Experience working with top-tier clients across various industries, or a strong desire to do so
• Commitment to excellence and a passion for contributing to impactful work with leading global organizations

Nice to Have

• Experience with AI tools and their application in legal services
• Knowledge of the alternative legal services industry and its trends
• Strong networking skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients and colleagues
• Experience working in a remote or flexible work environment, with the ability to self-manage and prioritize tasks
