About the Role
The Revenue Accounting Operations Manager plays a critical role in supporting revenue operations and accounting processes across multiple systems and stakeholders. This includes managing and analyzing Accounts Receivable data, preparing and posting journal entries, and conducting gross revenue analysis across multiple product lines. The ideal candidate will have a strong self-starter mindset, be able to work independently, and have a high attention to detail.As a key member of the revenue operations team, the Revenue Accounting Operations Manager will work closely with various stakeholders to ensure seamless financial processes. This includes collaborating with the accounting team to prepare and review reconciliations, managing and analyzing large data sets, and conducting financial analysis to drive business decisions.

What You Will Do
- Prepare and review reconciliations across systems to ensure accuracy and completeness
- Manage and analyze Accounts Receivable data to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Prepare and post journal entries to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting
- Conduct gross revenue analysis across multiple product lines to drive business decisions
- Download, manipulate, and analyze large data sets to identify insights and opportunities
- Collaborate with the accounting team to prepare and review financial statements
- Identify areas for process improvements and implement changes to optimize revenue operations
- Develop and maintain financial models to forecast revenue and drive business growth
- Analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior management
What We Are Looking For
- Strong proficiency with G-Suite and Microsoft Excel
- Experience using SAP, particularly with UAT and test scripts
- Basic SQL skills, with the ability to run test queries
- High attention to detail and ability to analyze large data sets with accuracy
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and outside the box
