About the Role

The Revenue Cycle Supervisor position at QHR is a pivotal role that requires daily supervision and coordination of billing specialists. What You Will Do

  • Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of billing specialists to ensure high-quality work and compliance with regulations.
  • Monitor and ensure that all billing functions are performed in accordance with established policies and procedures.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.
  • Provide training, support, and guidance to billing specialists to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Resolve escalated billing issues and address client concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Analyze and report on key performance metrics to management and clients.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and reports.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and standards.
  • Collaborate with other departments to achieve organizational goals.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and excellent customer service.

What We Are Looking For

  • At least 3 years of experience in a supervisory role within a revenue cycle or billing environment.
  • Strong knowledge of billing regulations, laws, and standards, including CMS regulations.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with remote work and digital communication tools.
  • Certification in a relevant field (e.g., CPAM, CPC) is preferred.
  • A bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g., healthcare administration, business).
