Job Description

About the Role

The Revenue Enablement Manager will play a pivotal role in Andela's growth strategy, responsible for establishing and leading the in-house sales enablement function. This involves defining and owning the revenue enablement roadmap, aligning programs with GTM priorities and sales leadership goals. The successful candidate will serve as the primary enablement partner to Ops, Sales, Marketing, and PMM, focusing on content quality, program execution, and measurable impact on rep productivity and ramp time.

As the first dedicated, full-time enablement hire at the company, the Revenue Enablement Manager will consolidate enablement responsibilities, currently distributed informally across the RevOps team and the marketing organization, into a focused function. This role requires a unique blend of strategic thinking, executional excellence, and collaborative leadership, with the ability to earn credibility quickly across diverse audiences.

What You Will Do

  • Define and own the revenue enablement roadmap, aligning programs to GTM priorities and sales leadership goals
  • Build and maintain onboarding programs, sales playbooks, buyer journey documentation, competitive battlecards, and rep-ready enablement content within platforms like Spekit and Seismic
  • Establish governance and quality control processes for enablement content and programs
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement enablement strategies
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the sales process, customer needs, and market trends
  • Identify and prioritize enablement needs, developing targeted programs to address gaps
  • Measure and analyze the effectiveness of enablement programs, making data-driven decisions to optimize performance
  • Develop and manage the enablement budget, ensuring effective resource allocation
  • Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the sales and marketing teams

What We Are Looking For

  • 5+ years of experience in sales enablement, revenue operations, or a related field
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful enablement strategies
  • Strong understanding of GTM, Salesforce, and Excel
  • Excellent communication, project management, and leadership skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with sales enablement platforms like Spekit and Seismic
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
