About the Role

The Revenue Enablement Onboarding Program Manager at Hightouch will play a critical role in designing and delivering world-class onboarding experiences for new sales talent. This is a high-visibility position that directly shapes how the company scales its revenue organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales management and sales enablement, with a proven track record of building high-impact onboarding programs that accelerate time-to-productivity. The role will involve close collaboration with sales leadership, product marketing, and other cross-functional teams to ensure onboarding aligns with current priorities and territory strategies.

What You Will Do

  • Own the strategy, delivery, and continuous improvement of the onboarding program for new sales talent
  • Design and facilitate sales onboarding bootcamps, including multi-day in-person cohort weeks
  • Deliver core training sessions on product, sales methodology, competitive positioning, and industry/persona-specific messaging
  • Build and iterate onboarding curriculum that balances foundational knowledge with practical, hands-on application
  • Create certification standards and competency assessments that validate readiness for various sales motions
  • Conduct 1:1 coaching sessions with new hires to accelerate ramp and address individual development needs
  • Shadow new sellers on calls and provide actionable feedback on discovery, demos, and deal progression
  • Partner with frontline managers to ensure consistent coaching standards and seamless handoff post-onboarding
  • Identify common struggling points and build targeted interventions to address capability gaps
  • Run regular onboarding check-ins with new hires

What We Are Looking For

  • 4-6+ years of sales enablement or sales management experience
  • Proven track record of building high-impact onboarding programs that measurably accelerate time-to-productivity
  • Strong background in sales management and sales enablement
  • Experience with Salesforce and other sales enablement tools
  • Excellent communication and coaching skills
  • Ability to think critically and strategically
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to define and track key onboarding metrics
