Job Description

About the Role

The Revenue Lead position at Elevenlabs is a pivotal role that encompasses the strategic development and execution of the company's enterprise sales function. This includes defining the enterprise Ideal Customer Profile (ICP), sales methodology, and scalable GTM motion. As part of the leadership team, the Revenue Lead will play a crucial role in shaping the company's market presence and driving revenue growth.

The day-to-day responsibilities of this role will involve working closely with cross-functional teams, including Product, Marketing, and Customer Success, to ensure alignment of the sales strategy with customer feedback and market insights. With a strong focus on high-velocity experimentation and AI-first approach, the ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a deep understanding of the competitive AI landscape.

Elevenlabs has expanded its offerings into three main platforms: ElevenAgents, ElevenCreative, and ElevenAPI. The Revenue Lead will need to have a comprehensive understanding of these platforms and how they can be leveraged to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.

What You Will Do

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive enterprise sales strategy that aligns with the company's overall business goals
  • Define and refine the enterprise ICP, sales methodology, and scalable GTM motion
  • Build, lead, and inspire a high-performing enterprise sales team
  • Drive new business acquisition and expansion in strategic verticals
  • Act as an executive presence with customers, including leading briefings, events, and high-stakes negotiations
  • Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to align sales strategy with customer feedback and market insights
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay ahead of industry trends
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers at target accounts
  • Create and deliver sales forecasts and pipeline reports to senior leadership
  • Identify and mitigate sales risks, developing contingency plans as needed

What We Are Looking For

  • Proven experience leading enterprise sales in a high-growth, preferably AI-related, industry
  • Strong understanding of GTM strategies and sales methodologies
  • Experience with Excel and other sales analytics tools
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team
  • Strong business acumen, with the ability to drive revenue growth and expand customer relationships
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, high-velocity environment
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and outside the box
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
