About the Role
Linear is seeking a Revenue Operations, AI & Automation specialist to design, own, and evolve the systems that power our sales, success, and marketing teams.Responsibilities
- Own and evolve GTM systems to support sales, success, and marketing as we scale
- Increase productivity of customer-facing teams through automation, AI, and process improvement
- Design and build custom agents, workflows, and data pipelines from scratch
- Help the business make data-informed decisions through analysis and discussion
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience at a fast-growing SaaS company, ideally in Revenue Operations or a similar role
- Expert experience with GTM systems, including HubSpot, Salesforce, or equivalent CRMs
- Experience with automation and AI
- Technical curiosity and builder mindset
