About the Role

As a Revenue Operations Analyst at Steer, you will be instrumental in streamlining the revenue lifecycle and enhancing go-to-market workflows. This role serves as a vital link between Sales, Customer Success, and Onboarding teams, ensuring the revenue processes operate smoothly from lead generation to client handoff.

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement automated workflows using HubSpot to facilitate seamless operations.
  • Audit 'Closed Won' deals to verify that commercial terms are accurate.
  • Proactively identify operational bottlenecks and implement improvements to reduce friction between teams.
  • Ensure data integrity and accuracy during fast-paced sales cycles.
  • Foster accountability for data hygiene across the Sales and Customer Success teams.
