About the Role

The Revenue Operations Analyst position at 1Password is a pivotal role that focuses on maintaining territory accuracy, supporting coverage updates, and ensuring alignment across Salesforce and related systems. What You Will Do

  • Maintain and update territory assignments to ensure accuracy and alignment with business objectives
  • Analyze sales data and provide insights to inform territory planning and optimization
  • Develop and manage reports and dashboards in Salesforce to track key performance metrics
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective communication
  • Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce errors
  • Support ad-hoc analysis and project work as needed to drive business outcomes
  • Work closely with the sales team to provide data-driven insights that inform sales strategies
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to data management and privacy
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay current with industry trends and best practices

What We Are Looking For

  • 2+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Business Analytics
  • Strong experience working with Salesforce data and reporting, including advanced analytics and data visualization
  • Proficiency in Excel, including lookups, pivot tables, and data modeling
  • Understanding of sales funnel stages and ownership logic, with the ability to apply this knowledge in a dynamic environment
  • Strong attention to detail and process adherence, with a focus on delivering high-quality results
  • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and communicate complex data insights effectively
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment with the ability to adapt quickly
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
