About the Role
TrueML, a mission-driven financial software company, is seeking a technically skilled Revenue Operations Analyst to oversee their revenue organization platform. This role focuses on backend configurations primarily using Salesforce and Gong.Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary administrator for the revenue operations platform.
- Build and modify custom objects, validation rules, and automations in Salesforce.
- Manage Gong configurations to optimize performance for Sales and Customer Success teams.
- Oversee cross-functional integrations to ensure seamless data flow across departments.
- Provide technical support and training for the revenue team.
- Create and maintain reporting dashboards for business health visualization.
Requirements
- Proficiency in Salesforce and Gong administration.
- Experience with data management in Excel and Google Sheets.
- Strong analytical skills to support revenue forecasting and reporting.
