Job Description

## About the Role As a Revenue Operations Manager at Dandy, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and optimizing revenue streams. You will partner closely with the sales organization to identify areas of improvement, develop strategic plans, and implement process enhancements. Your expertise in GTM and Salesforce will be instrumental in informing data-driven decisions and maximizing capacity. The revenue operations team is a vital component of Dandy's success, and as a key member, you will be responsible for analyzing sales performance, identifying trends, and developing actionable insights. Your ability to communicate complex ideas and collaborate with cross-functional teams will be essential in driving revenue growth and achieving business objectives. You will report to the Director of Sales and work closely with the sales, marketing, and customer success teams to align strategies and optimize processes.

## What You Will Do - Develop and execute strategic plans to optimize revenue streams and improve sales performance - Analyze sales data and key performance indicators to identify areas of improvement - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align strategies and optimize processes - Implement process enhancements and monitor progress - Manage and maintain Salesforce and other GTM tools - Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to inform business decisions - Develop and manage sales forecasting and pipeline management processes - Identify and mitigate risks to revenue growth - Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders - Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices

## What We Are Looking For - 4+ years of experience in revenue operations, consulting, banking, or high-growth startups - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills - Experience with GTM tech-stack, including Salesforce and other related tools - Proven track record of continuous process improvement with strategic impact - Ability to work autonomously and drive projects to completion - Strong leadership skills with experience managing and developing teams - Experience working in a fast-paced environment and adapting to changing business needs - Bachelor's degree in a related field

## Nice to Have - Experience with Outreach, ChiliPiper, or Gong - Certification in Salesforce or other related tools - Experience with data visualization and reporting tools - Knowledge of the dental industry or related fields
