About the Role
The Revenue Operations Manager at LXT is a critical role that entails architecting, operationalizing, and evolving systems, processes, and solution frameworks to drive scalable and predictable revenue growth. This involves working closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Technology, Operations, and Delivery, to design and implement solutions that meet the needs of both internal stakeholders and external clients. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of AI/ML data workflows, annotation processes, evaluation, and data lifecycle management, as well as experience in technical pre-sales, solutions engineering, or consulting.The Revenue Operations Manager will be responsible for providing strategic guidance on revenue growth initiatives, identifying areas for process improvements, and developing solutions to drive efficiency and effectiveness. This role requires strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills, with the ability to influence without direct authority.

What You Will Do
- Design and implement solution frameworks for scalable revenue growth
- Develop and maintain a strong understanding of AI/ML data workflows, annotation processes, evaluation, and data lifecycle management
- Provide strategic guidance on revenue growth initiatives and identify areas for process improvements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement solutions that meet the needs of internal stakeholders and external clients
- Analyze sales and revenue data to identify trends and opportunities for growth
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including sales teams, technical teams, and external partners
- Identify and mitigate risks to revenue growth and develop strategies to address these risks
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies and apply this knowledge to drive business growth
- Develop and deliver training and support materials to sales teams and other stakeholders
- Participate in sales meetings and presentations to provide technical expertise and guidance
What We Are Looking For
- 10+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Technical Pre-Sales, Solutions Engineering, Consulting, or related roles in AI/ML, data services, or complex technology environments
- Strong understanding of AI/ML data workflows, annotation processes, evaluation, and data lifecycle management
- Experience with pricing models, deal support, and operational scoping
- Proven ability to design and communicate complex solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills, with the ability to influence without direct authority
- Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a strong focus on innovation and growth
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex problems and develop creative solutions
- Experience with data analysis and visualization tools, such as Tableau or Power BI
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Nice to Have
- Experience with machine learning algorithms and models
- Knowledge of cloud-based technologies, such as AWS or Azure
- Certification in data science or a related field
- Experience with agile development methodologies, such as Scrum or Kanban
