About the Role
The Revenue Operations Specialist plays a critical role in supporting the commercial organization at Andela. As the first point of contact for ad hoc requests, tooling questions, and data issues, this position requires a detail-oriented and technically curious individual. The ideal candidate will have experience working with Salesforce, Excel, and Google Sheets, and be comfortable navigating complex CRM and tooling environments.The Revenue Operations Specialist will work closely with the commercial team to resolve common system issues, perform data audits, and ensure data quality and CRM hygiene. What You Will Do
- Serve as the first point of contact for inbound RevOps requests, managing the ticketing queue to triage, route, and resolve Tier 1 issues across the tech stack
- Resolve common system issues in Salesforce, including data corrections, record ownership updates, field errors, and access requests, while ensuring SLAs are met
- Perform routine data audits and cleanup, including duplicate management and data normalization
- Escalate complex or high-priority issues to senior team members with full documentation and context
- Collaborate with the commercial team to identify and prioritize projects that drive revenue growth and improve operational efficiency
- Develop and maintain documentation of processes and procedures for RevOps functions
- Provide training and support to new hires and existing team members on RevOps tools and processes
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in revenue operations and make recommendations for process improvements
- Analyze data to identify trends and insights that can inform business decisions
What We Are Looking For
- 2+ years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, or a related field
- Strong proficiency in Salesforce, Excel, and Google Sheets
- Experience working with CRM and tooling environments, including data management and analysis
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and outside the box
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and projects
- Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
- Strong understanding of GTM strategies and their impact on revenue operations

- Experience working with AI-powered platforms and machine learning algorithms
- Familiarity with data visualization tools, such as Tableau or Power BI
- Certification in Salesforce or other CRM platforms
