About the Role

The Revenue Partnerships role at Elevenlabs is a unique opportunity to build and maintain a high-impact ecosystem of solution partners across North America. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for recruiting, enabling, and growing a network of solutions partners who build, integrate, and deliver innovative voice-AI experiences on top of the ElevenLabs platform. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and execute joint GTM plans with key partners, driving partner-sourced pipeline and revenue growth.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in building and maintaining relationships, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth through strategic partnerships. You will be a self-motivated and results-driven individual, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

What You Will Do

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive partnership strategy to drive revenue growth and expand the ElevenLabs ecosystem
  • Identify, recruit, and onboard new solution partners, with a focus on building strong relationships and driving joint GTM plans
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute joint GTM plans with key partners
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity, providing insights and recommendations to inform partnership strategy
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of potential partners, with a focus on driving conversion and revenue growth
  • Develop and manage partnership agreements, with a focus on negotiating terms and driving mutually beneficial outcomes
  • Work closely with the sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities, with a focus on driving revenue growth
  • Develop and deliver partner-focused content and training programs, with a focus on driving partner engagement and enablement
  • Analyze and report on partnership performance, with a focus on driving data-driven decision making

What We Are Looking For

  • 3+ years of experience in a partnerships or business development role, with a focus on driving revenue growth through strategic partnerships
  • Strong background in building and maintaining relationships, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth through partnerships
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze market trends and competitor activity
  • Experience with GTM and Excel, with a focus on driving data-driven decision making
  • Strong business development and sales skills, with the ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities
