About the Role

The Revenue Partnerships role at Elevenlabs is a unique opportunity for a highly motivated and experienced professional to drive business growth through strategic partnerships in the Middle East. As the first Revenue Partnerships hire in the region, this individual will play a key role in establishing and nurturing strong partnerships with Global/Regional System Integrators, Cloud Providers, Value-Added Resellers (VARs), consulting firms, and Technology Partners. The successful candidate will be an integral part of the Enterprise Sales team, working closely to identify, qualify, and close deals that drive revenue growth.

Elevenlabs is an AI research and product company that has transformed the way businesses interact with technology. With a strong focus on innovation and excellence, the company has expanded its product offerings to include three main platforms: ElevenAgents, ElevenCreative, and ElevenAPI. This role will be critical in helping to drive the adoption of these platforms across the Middle East region.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and business development, with a proven track record of managing sales pipelines and closing deals through partnerships. They will be a self-starter, able to work independently and as part of a global team, and will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

What You Will Do

  • Actively seek out, identify, qualify, and build a sales pipeline through partnerships with Global/Regional System Integrators, Cloud Providers, Value-Added Resellers (VARs), consulting firms, and Technology Partners
  • Collaborate with the Enterprise Sales team to close deals and consistently exceed monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets
  • Establish and nurture strong partnerships that drive business growth and create new opportunities
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all partner-related initiatives within the Regional Sales team
  • Oversee partner relationships at the regional level while maintaining alignment with global strategies
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive partnership strategy that aligns with the company's overall business objectives
  • Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers at partner companies
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through partnerships and collaborations
  • Work closely with the marketing team to develop joint marketing initiatives and campaigns
  • Provide regular progress updates and reports to the sales leadership team

What We Are Looking For

  • At least 7 years of quota-carrying experience in a fast-paced, competitive sales environment, focusing on new business development
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience managing sales pipelines and closing deals through partnerships with Global and Regional System Integrators, Cloud Providers, Value-Added Resellers (VARs), consulting firms, and Technology Partners
  • Strong knowledge of the Middle East market and business landscape
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a global team
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Proficiency in Excel and other sales productivity tools
  • Experience working in a high-velocity sales environment with a focus on rapid experimentation and lean autonomous teams
  • Strong understanding of AI technology and its applications in business
