About the Role

Gitlab is seeking a Revenue Systems & Processes Manager to connect Revenue Strategy & Operations, IT, and go-to-market teams, delivering scalable and efficient revenue systems and processes.

Responsibilities

  • Translate complex business needs into clear requirements for IT teams across the Salesforce landscape and related tools
  • Manage internal RSO project prioritization and drive cross-functional initiatives from requirements through implementation
  • Serve as product owner for revenue systems projects

Requirements

  • Expertise in Salesforce and related tools such as Adjust
  • Strong understanding of revenue systems and processes

Nice to Have

  • Experience with IT project management and cross-functional collaboration
