About the Role
The RevOps Analyst role at Float is a critical component of the company's revenue operations team, responsible for driving data-driven decision-making and optimizing revenue growth. As a key member of the team, the successful candidate will work closely with GTM leadership, Revenue Operations, and Business Intelligence teams to develop and maintain reporting, analytics, and operational processes that inform business strategy. With a focus on accuracy, attention to detail, and analytical rigor, the RevOps Analyst will play a vital role in shaping the company's revenue trajectory.The role is situated at the intersection of data, systems, and strategy, requiring a unique blend of technical, business, and interpersonal skills. What You Will Do
- Develop, maintain, and improve dashboards across revenue teams using tools like Salesforce, Metabase, and Google Sheets
- Own data accuracy and proactively surface trends, anomalies, and insights that steer Revenue strategy
- Support pipeline reporting, funnel analysis, and forecasting workflows
- Field analytical requests from GTM leadership and cross-functional teams
- Own key revenue processes, including contract generation and administration, monthly commission calculations, and customer cashback calculations
- Manage monthly customer payouts and maintain clear audit trails
- Collaborate with the Business Intelligence team to develop and implement data visualizations and reporting tools
- Work closely with the GTM leadership team to develop and execute revenue growth strategies
- Provide data-driven insights to inform sales, marketing, and customer success initiatives
What We Are Looking For
- 2+ years of experience in revenue operations, business intelligence, or a related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work with large datasets and develop complex reports
- Proficiency in Salesforce, Excel, and Google Sheets, with experience in data visualization tools like Metabase or Tableau
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Strong attention to detail, with a focus on accuracy and quality in all aspects of work
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a willingness to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
- Strong business acumen, with a deep understanding of revenue operations and business strategy
- Experience working with GTM teams, including sales, marketing, and customer success

- Experience with AI-powered tools and technologies, including machine learning and natural language processing
- Knowledge of programming languages like Python, R, or SQL, with experience in data modeling and data warehousing
- Certification in revenue operations, business intelligence, or a related field, such as CBP or CBA
