About the Role

The RFP Analyst position at Human Interest is a critical component of the National Relationship Management Team. As an RFP Analyst, you will be responsible for handling technical documentation, inquiries, and proposals to secure new sales and maintain existing partnerships. Your expertise in Salesforce and Excel will be essential in managing multiple projects simultaneously and coordinating with internal stakeholders to meet strict deadlines.

The role requires a highly motivated individual with excellent verbal and written communication skills, who can articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product, engineering, sales, and marketing, to deliver best-in-class solutions to partners and clients. Your goal will be to ensure mutual success and exceed expectations.

What You Will Do

  • Develop and implement automation to reduce repetitive tasks and enhance efficiency
  • Proactively update RFP portals and complete Due Diligence Questionnaires for various partners and prospective customers
  • Draft persuasive, professional content and edit technical information into clear, client-focused responses
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless partner experiences and identify opportunities for business growth
  • Analyze RFP requirements and evaluate complex data to create tailored responses and proposals
  • Identify and address issues or challenges within internal partners or systems, providing solutions that align with project objectives
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders, including sales, marketing, product management, and customer support
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in RFP management and sales support

What We Are Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field
  • 1-3 years of experience in Due Diligence, Sales support, RFP/proposal writing, Partner management, and communication
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence and articulate complex concepts
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in interpreting RFP requirements and evaluating complex data
  • Proficiency in Salesforce, Excel, and Google Suite
  • Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of sales strategies, marketing programs, and business development techniques
  • Familiarity with external financial service partners and external proposal products

Nice to Have

  • MBA or advanced degree in a related field
  • Experience in the fintech, insurance, financial services, or SaaS industries
  • Familiarity with external proposal software and tools
  • Certification in RFP management or a related field
