About the Role

Intercom is revolutionizing customer service with its AI-powered solutions. We're seeking an experienced enterprise sales leader to drive growth across North America.

Responsibilities

  • Own enterprise sales execution, defining strategy and driving prospecting discipline
  • Lead, coach, and grow a team of account executives, setting performance standards
  • Partner with Product, Marketing, and Engineering to align customer needs with roadmap and GTM strategy
  • Build scalable operational processes and accurate forecasting rhythms
  • Personally model excellence in prospecting and executive engagement

Requirements

  • 5+ years of enterprise sales experience with a track record of success in complex deals
  • 3+ years leading enterprise sales teams with consistent quota attainment
  • Strong operational background with fluency in forecasting, pipeline management, and GTM planning
  • Expertise in Command of the Message and MEDDPICC
