Job Description

About the Role

The RVP, Commercial, EMEA role at Fullstory is a key leadership position responsible for driving the growth of the commercial sales team in the EMEA region. As a seasoned sales leader, you will be responsible for recruiting, managing, and developing a team of experienced CBU Account Executives. Your day-to-day will involve leading from the front, participating in the sales cycle, providing executive alignment, and championing innovation to achieve ambitious goals.

The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of managing high-performers, driving strategic initiatives, and holding teams accountable for results. With Fullstory's remote-first culture, you will need to be adaptable, able to connect with international clients, and manage communication and expectations across both internal stakeholders and clients.

What You Will Do

  • Recruit, hire, and manage a growing team of experienced CBU Account Executives
  • Develop and execute account plans to drive significant revenue growth
  • Lead from the front, actively participating in the sales cycle to provide executive alignment and hands-on support
  • Promote a collaborative and results-driven sales culture through setting clear performance metrics and providing regular feedback
  • Continuously optimize team processes, resources, and reporting to ensure operational excellence
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to align sales strategies with product development, marketing, and customer support initiatives
  • Leverage AI tools to enhance work quality and accelerate timelines
  • Analyze sales performance data to identify trends and opportunities for growth
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity

What We Are Looking For

  • 5+ years of SaaS software sales experience as an individual contributor with a proven track record of closing deals of significant value
  • At least 1 year of front-line sales management experience
  • Knowledge of Data, Analytics or Marketing Technology platforms
  • Experience selling into C-Suite executives across Data, Product, and Engineering teams
  • Experience working in a highly matrixed environment, managing communication and expectations across both internal stakeholders and clients
  • Experience selling across diverse cultures and geographies within the EMEA region
  • Strong understanding of data-driven sales strategies and tactics
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
