Job Description

About the Role

The RVP, Strategic Sales role at Fullstory is a key leadership position that entails driving the company's growth by leading a team of experienced enterprise account executives. As a strategic sales leader, you will be responsible for managing complex sales cycles, driving revenue growth, and expanding the company's customer base. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product development, marketing, and customer support, to align sales strategies with business objectives.

The role requires a deep understanding of data analytics, AI, and marketing technology platforms, as well as experience selling into C-Suite executives across data, product, and engineering teams. You will be responsible for promoting a collaborative and results-driven sales culture, setting clear performance metrics, and providing regular feedback to your team.

What You Will Do

  • Oversee a team of 5-7 experienced strategic enterprise account executives and provide sales leadership and strategic support
  • Actively participate in the sales cycle to bring executive alignment and drive revenue growth
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to expand the company's customer base and increase revenue
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales strategies with product development, marketing, and customer support initiatives
  • Continually assess the team's processes, resources, and reporting to ensure operational excellence
  • Drive weekly forecasting and sales activity rigor and report on results to senior leadership
  • Promote a collaborative and results-driven sales culture through setting clear performance metrics and providing regular feedback
  • Identify and implement AI solutions to automate or optimize key workflows and improve team productivity
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key customers and stakeholders
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to stay ahead of the competition

What We Are Looking For

  • 10+ years of enterprise SaaS software sales experience as an individual contributor
  • At least 5 years of front-line sales management experience
  • Knowledge of data, analytics, or marketing technology platforms
  • Experience selling into C-Suite executives across data, product, and engineering teams
  • Proven track record of managing high-performers and driving strategic initiatives
  • Experience working in a highly matrixed environment, managing communication and expectations across internal stakeholders and clients
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and balance multiple work streams
  • Strong Excel skills and experience with data analysis and reporting
  • Experience with data cloud solutions is a plus
