About the Role
Join Coderio as a Junior SaaS Configuration Analyst and play a vital role in client onboarding and platform functionality. You will work closely with international customers to ensure a smooth and effective setup of our SaaS solutions.Responsibilities
- Collaborate with clients to gather and confirm onboarding requirements.
- Translate business needs into coherent, accurate SaaS configurations (no coding needed).
- Execute platform setups according to technical specifications.
- Validate configurations with clients before launch.

Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in functional analysis or technical support.
- Direct experience with SaaS configuration and system setups.

- Fluency in English (C1/C2 level).
