## About the Role As a SaaS Product Specialist at Creative Force, you will play a critical role in driving client success and product expertise across the DACH+ markets. You will be responsible for supporting clients with everything they need to discover, use, and ultimately advocate for Creative Force's software products. With a strong focus on pre-sales discussions, onboarding, and responsive support, you will be the key point of contact for clients, ensuring they receive exceptional levels of service.
The role is part of Creative Force's global Client Success team, and you will be expected to work closely with colleagues across departments to align with different teams and draw on collective expertise to support clients. With a strong commercial instinct and technical capability, you will be well-equipped to navigate the complexities of the SaaS industry and drive business growth.
As a remote worker, you will be expected to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on work-life balance. ## What You Will Do - Help prospects find the specific value they seek in Creative Force's software products - Learn to be a product expert to confidently demonstrate and answer product questions with clients and prospects - Respond accurately and quickly to client questions - Onboard and support DACH+ clients in German and/or English - Report recurring issues to improve the product experience - Collaborate with the global team to stay on the leading edge - Build trust through honesty, empathy, and reliability - Develop a deep understanding of the SaaS industry and market trends - Stay up-to-date with the latest product developments and updates
## What We Are Looking For - Native German speaker with strong English (C2+) - Minimum 3 years of SaaS experience in support, onboarding, or pre-sales - Confident communicator, written and verbal - Comfortable discussing product value and guiding decisions (no hard sell) - Familiarity with technical terms such as HTML, CSS, JS, API, Integrations, Dev console, staging & production environments, GitHub repo, and database queries - Process-driven, highly organized, and thrive in remote, tool-rich environments - Access to fast, reliable internet and a dedicated space to work without distractions
## Nice to Have - Experience working with a similar SaaS platform - Familiarity with project management tools and software - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
