About the Role
The Sales Account Executive role at AMZ Advisers is a pivotal position that involves working closely with eCommerce brands to diagnose growth challenges and close consulting engagements. As a key member of the sales team, you will own the full client journey, from initial contact to long-term retention. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include conducting discovery calls, presenting consulting solutions, and nurturing relationships with clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. You will be expected to consult, close, nurture, and retain clients, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and driving business growth. As a Sales Account Executive, you will be part of a dynamic team that is passionate about helping brands scale profitably across Amazon and other global marketplaces.What You Will Do
- Conduct discovery calls with qualified prospects to understand their business and growth challenges
- Present consulting solutions and guide prospects through the decision-making process
- Handle common sales objections such as budget concerns, existing agency relationships, and timing
- Close consulting engagements and guide clients through onboarding
- Consistently follow up with leads via email, text, social media, and LinkedIn to maintain momentum through the pipeline
- Distribute and personalize relevant content to prospects based on their stage and growth challenges
- Continuously develop and refine sales pitch messaging based on call insights and market feedback
- Build and manage your outreach sequences to ensure no lead goes cold
- Serve as the primary point of contact for your client portfolio, owning issues, escalations, and relationship continuity
- Conduct monthly check-ins with existing clients to assess satisfaction, identify growth opportunities, generate referrals, and strengthen retention
What We Are Looking For
- Proven success selling consulting services, agency services, or high-ticket B2B services
- Experience selling into eCommerce brands or consumer product companies preferred
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously
- Familiarity with CRM tools and pipeline management
- Native English speakers are desirable
- Strong global business exposure and experience working with international clients
- Ability to work in a remote environment and accommodate North American time zones
