## About the Role As a Sales Account Executive at InEvent, you'll be part of a dynamic team that's redefining the event technology landscape. Your day-to-day will involve negotiating and converting prospects into paying clients through a consultative sales approach, focusing on small to medium enterprise (SME) organizations. ## What You Will Do - Negotiate and convert prospects into paying clients through a consistent consultative sales approach.

  • Prospect SME organizations and establish relationships with key stakeholders via omnichannel outreach.
  • Qualify prospects using a strong understanding of InEvent's Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) and mastering industry-specific use cases.
  • Keep detailed records of sales outreach in all InEvent operating systems, including PipeDrive, HubSpot, Wingman, and Warfare.
  • Ensure monthly, quarterly, and annual targets are achieved by maximizing inbound leads and prospecting outbound as required.
  • Build strong social networks via consistent, valuable, and relevant content and conversation pieces on LinkedIn.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and developments in the event technology sector to continuously improve sales strategies.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to share best practices and contribute to the team's overall performance.
  • Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of InEvent's products and services to effectively communicate their value to potential clients.
  • Utilize Excel to analyze sales data, track performance, and forecast future sales.
## What We Are Looking For - Minimum of 2 years of sales experience in the SaaS/Events industry.
  • Experience presenting outstanding sales pitches and product demonstrations.
  • Practice consultative selling and produce high closing volume.
  • Track record of achieving and exceeding monthly, quarterly, and yearly targets.
  • Excellent network of B2B consumer market in the events/marketing/production industry.
  • Must have an understanding of event technology (including integrations) and the events market.
  • Experience with cold contacting and lead sourcing in a B2B corporate environment.
  • Advanced English proficiency for business.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently.
  • Experience with sales tools like HubSpot, or the willingness to learn.
## Nice to Have - Experience working with CRM systems and other sales tools.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing principles and how they integrate with event technology.
  • Previous experience in a remote work setting, with the ability to self-motivate and manage time effectively.
