About the Role

What You Will Do
- Build excellent relationships with key non-profit organizations across the UK
- Discover and understand their fundraising and technology challenges
- Articulate effective solutions that deliver ROI and growth for your customers
- Formulate strategies across Blackbaud's portfolio of Fundraising CRM's, Grant Making Solutions, and Digital Services
- Manage your book of business by maintaining customer relationships and building a pipeline of opportunities
- Partner with internal teams to create a holistic strategy
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and emerging technologies
- Develop and deliver sales presentations and proposals
- Negotiate and close sales deals
- Provide exceptional customer service and support
What We Are Looking For
- Experience within social impact, charity partnerships, or fundraising roles
- Background in building relationships in the non-profit space
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Experience managing projects with a consultative approach
- Proven track record of goal attainment
- Discipline to handle multiple tasks and adapt quickly to change in a fast-paced environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience with CRM software and sales tools
