About the Role
The Sales Administrative Assistant role is a critical part of the sales team at Engineered Tax Services, providing essential support to the Executive Sales Director and sales team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for managing the sales director's calendar, emails, and tasks, as well as placing outbound calls and sending follow-up emails. Your exceptional organizational and multitasking skills will enable you to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and maintain accurate records.The sales team at Engineered Tax Services is a dynamic and results-driven group, and this role offers the opportunity to work closely with experienced professionals in the industry. As a sales administrative assistant, you will play a vital role in driving the sales process forward, and your attention to detail and problem-solving skills will be essential in maintaining the high standards of the team.
What You Will Do
- Manage the Executive Sales Director's calendar, emails, and tasks
- Place outbound calls and send follow-up emails using ETS process, scripts, and draft emails
- Schedule appointments, calls, meetings, webinars, and other sales-related activities
- Maintain and track Executive Sales Director's projects, tasks, and reminders
- Research, create, update, and maintain Zoho, Client Portals, CRM programs, and understand SOP/Guidelines
- Research clients/firms via Google, company website, LinkedIn, etc.
- Create Task Reminders (TR) in Zoho for follow-up
- Research and pursue potential clients for ETS/TGP services for business development (new prospects)
- Monitor, track, process, and follow up on all projects (CS, R&D, 179D/45L, etc.) and ETS services
- Maintain your time sheet to be submitted to the Managing Executive Assistant every two weeks
What We Are Looking For
- Associate's degree (A.A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or three to five years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Strong analytical, planning, and problem-solving capabilities
- Demonstrated initiative and ability to work independently with minimal supervision required
- Proficient in Computer, Microsoft Office, Excel, Google Docs, etc.
- Excellent communication skills, written (basic grammar, punctuation), verbal, and customer service
- Ability to navigate through websites to research and obtain information
- Organizational skills and maintaining records
- Multitasking skills with the ability to manage multiple responsibilities at once
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Excellent time management skills, work independently, Self-Motivated
Nice to Have
- Experience with sales CRM software
- Familiarity with digital marketing and paid media
- Knowledge of Zoho and Client Portals
- Certification in sales or marketing
- Experience working in a remote team environment
