About the Role

What You Will Do

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth in the DACH market
  • Manage key accounts and foster strong relationships with key partners and stakeholders
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the eye care industry, particularly the contact lens segment
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth
  • Develop and implement sales plans to achieve sales targets
  • Manage and maintain accurate sales records and reports
  • Collaborate with the sales team to share best practices and knowledge
  • Participate in trade fairs, congresses, conferences, and seminars to promote Avomind's products and services

What We Are Looking For

  • 5 years' experience in sales, preferably in the eye care industry
  • Proven track record of success in managing key accounts and driving revenue growth
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills
  • Strong business judgment and commercial awareness
  • Ability to work proactively and think strategically
  • Fluency in English and German
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience working with CRM systems and sales software
  • Knowledge of the ophthalmic industry, particularly the contact lens segment
