Job Description

About the Role

As a Sales Appointment Setter at WALTER, you'll engage with potential clients through calls, texts, and social media to schedule appointments effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Utilize a call script for each conversation, maintaining consistency in messaging.
  • Manage incoming SMS, Facebook DMs, and Instagram DMs that require human escalation.
  • Input follow-up tasks into our CRM system.
  • Book, reschedule, and cancel client appointments as needed.
  • Follow up with no-shows to encourage them to rebook.
  • Coordinate with hair stylists regarding client requests and scheduling.
  • Conduct end-of-day reporting to track performance.

Weekly Duties

  • Participate in a weekly review meeting to analyze KPI targets and performance metrics.
  • Present data-driven suggestions for improving booking rates while maintaining script integrity.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in high-volume sales environments is beneficial but not mandatory.
