About the Role

The Sales Assistant role is a critical component of the sales team, responsible for ensuring the sales engine is organized, efficient, and moving forward. As a Sales Assistant, you will be working closely with the sales team to manage CRM data, coordinate meetings, prepare proposals, and provide sales support.

What You Will Do

  • Manage CRM data across multiple platforms, including HubSpot and Salesforce
  • Coordinate meetings, schedule calls, and demos across different time zones
  • Prepare sales proposals, quotes, and presentations using Google Slides, Microsoft PowerPoint, and Canva
  • Generate weekly and monthly reports on pipeline activity, conversion rates, and sales KPIs
  • Maintain dashboards for leadership visibility and ensure reporting is accurate and on time
  • Draft follow-up emails, send reminders, and manage communication with sales reps and clients
  • Coordinate internal prep sessions and follow-ups to ensure sales reps are fully prepared for meetings
  • Work with cross-functional teams, including marketing, finance, and operations, to ensure seamless handoffs and communication
  • Track and maintain data hygiene, removing duplicates, and fixing missing fields in CRM
  • Ensure pipeline visibility is always accurate and up-to-date

What We Are Looking For

  • 1-2 years of experience in sales support, administrative roles, or operations and coordination roles
  • Hands-on experience with at least one CRM platform, preferably HubSpot or Salesforce
  • Strong scheduling and calendar management skills, with proficiency in Google Workspace or Microsoft Office
  • Clear, professional written English and excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work in a remote environment, with a strong focus on self-motivation and discipline
  • Experience with data management, reporting, and analytics, with proficiency in Excel and dashboards
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities
  • Proactive approach to problem-solving, with a focus on finding solutions and resolving issues quickly
