About the Role
The Sales Associate position at OneDigital is a critical component of the company's revenue growth strategy, focusing on providing top-notch support to the PEO producers. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and possess excellent project management skills to ensure all aspects of the sales process are well-coordinated and timely.As part of the sales support team, the Sales Associate will work closely with producers, underwriting, and other internal stakeholders to drive sales forward. This involves managing administrative, technical, and coordination aspects of deals, allowing producers to concentrate on client engagement, strategy, and closing business. What You Will Do
- Own the end-to-end coordination of PEO RFP responses, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timely delivery.
- Partner with underwriting to manage iterations on pricing, risk evaluation, and plan modeling.
- Track deal milestones and proactively manage timelines to avoid delays.
- Act as the liaison between sales and underwriting to ensure clean and complete submissions.
- Validate census data, payroll information, and other required documents for accuracy.
- Coordinate revisions to ensure producers have the most current and competitive proposals.
- Prepare and assemble PEO closing kits, including service agreements and compliance documentation.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM records, including deal stage, notes, and documentation.
- Monitor pipeline health, flagging risks such as missing information or delayed follow-ups.
- Support forecast accuracy by ensuring deal data reflects real-time status.
- Serve as the central point of coordination across sales, underwriting, benefits, legal, and implementation teams.
What We Are Looking For
- 2+ years of experience in complex B2B sales support, preferably with RFPs and underwriting processes.
- Understanding of employee benefits, payroll data, and risk/underwriting workflows.
- Proficiency in Salesforce, Excel, and presentation tools.
- Exceptional organizational and project management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple deals and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Eligibility to work in the United States without needing a work visa or residency sponsorship.
