About the Role
NEAR Foundation is seeking a Sales & Business Development Director to establish a sales motion from the ground up. The ideal candidate will work closely with the Chief Commercial Officer and the founding team to develop repeatable processes for engaging and converting privacy-conscious companies into customers.Responsibilities
- Immerse yourself in confidential computing and the Near.ai technical value proposition
- Conduct cold outreach to build early pipeline
- Shadow customer conversations and demos to understand buyer personas and pain points
- Book qualified meetings with key decision-makers and initiate pilots with target accounts
Requirements
- Experience in GTM, sales development, and partnerships
- Ability to master and communicate the Near.ai pitch and value proposition

- Background in AI, confidential computing, or a related field
