About the Role

What You Will Do
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth and expand existing partnerships
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Credit Union clients, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to deliver innovative solutions
- Identify new sales opportunities and develop proposals to present to clients
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial terms
- Provide excellent customer service, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and loyalty
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, applying this knowledge to drive business growth
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Experian's products and services, including data and analytics solutions

What We Are Looking For
- Bachelor's degree or relevant work experience in a related field
- 5+ years of successful sales experience in the financial services sector, with a focus on credit unions
- Proven track record of overachieving sales targets and expanding existing partnerships
- Strong understanding of the credit union industry, including trends, challenges, and regulatory requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data insights and develop strategic recommendations
- Experience with risk management challenges and growth demands within the credit union or banking industry
- Ability to travel up to 50% for client meetings, conferences, and industry events
- Strong proficiency in Excel and other Microsoft Office applications
