## What You Will Do - Analyze sales performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges - Develop and implement compensation strategies that drive business growth and align with company objectives - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement sales compensation plans - Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to senior leadership - Manage and maintain sales compensation systems, including data analysis and reporting - Develop and implement processes to ensure data accuracy and integrity - Conduct regular analysis of sales compensation plans to identify areas for improvement - Provide training and support to sales teams on compensation plans and policies - Collaborate with the sales operations team to develop and implement sales performance metrics - Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track sales performance and compensation
## What We Are Looking For - 4+ years of experience in sales compensation, sales operations, or a related field - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data sets - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams - Strong technical skills, including proficiency in Excel and experience with sales compensation systems - Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with a focus on adaptability and resilience - Strong business acumen, with a deep understanding of sales compensation principles and practices - Experience with data analysis and reporting tools, such as Tableau or Power BI - Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business, economics, or mathematics
