## About the Role As a Sales Consultant at Pitchup.com, you will play a pivotal role in driving the company's growth in Scandinavian markets. Your primary focus will be on making sales calls to campsites and holiday parks, helping them to set up bookable listings, and providing ongoing support to ensure their success. You will be part of a nimble team of professionals working remotely across 10 countries, and your work will have a direct impact on the company's mission to make outdoor holidays more accessible to everyone.

The role is ideal for self-starters who are extremely flexible and able to prioritize tasks based on company needs while meeting tight deadlines. As a Sales Consultant, you will be working from home, and your hours can vary from week to week. While some travel may be involved, it is optional, and the company offers a flexible work arrangement to accommodate your needs.
## What You Will Do - Make sales calls to campsites and holiday parks to sign up new clients and promote Pitchup.com's services - Help clients complete the registration process and set up their bookable listings - Develop and maintain strong relationships with key supplier decision makers - Discover and follow up on new accommodation opportunities - Promote Pitchup.com's products and services internally and provide recommendations to clients - Monitor and analyze results to ensure client inventory is adequate and allocation levels meet company requirements - Provide ongoing support to clients to ensure their success and resolve any day-to-day queries - Collaborate with the account coordination team to ensure seamless delivery of services - Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities - Utilize Excel to analyze data and track sales performance
## What We Are Looking For - Proven track record of conducting new business development, including B2B cold calling - Self-motivated to make 50-100 calls per shift, whilst following up emails and client communications - Fluent in Swedish, Norwegian, or Danish, and English - Organized and methodical approach to work - Ability to prioritize tasks based on company needs and meet tight deadlines - At least two years' experience in a related field, such as sales, marketing, or customer service - Excellent communication and phone manner - Ability to troubleshoot independently and resolve client queries - Strong technical skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite - Experience working in a customer-facing sector, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences
## Nice to Have - Experience working in the outdoor holiday industry or a related sector - Knowledge of the Scandinavian market and cultural nuances - Familiarity with CRM software and sales management tools - Certification in sales or marketing, such as a degree in business or a related field
