At Longbridge Financial, we're dedicated to helping seniors unlock the power of their home equity. As a Sales Customer Service Representative, you'll play a vital role in promoting our reverse mortgage programs to interested customers.Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls from customers
- Initiate outbound calls to prospective clients
- Create interest in our reverse mortgage program
- Qualify customers to meet program guidelines
- Transfer qualified customers to our sales team
- Create appointments for follow-up
- Mail information packets to customers
- Update our Sales CRM with notes of each transaction
