About the Role

The Sales Development Representative role at ElevenLabs is a pivotal position that entails building an effective outbound sales strategy. As a key member of the sales team based in Australia, you will work closely with Account Executives to identify and engage potential clients, driving the adoption of ElevenLabs' groundbreaking AI voice technology. This role is critical in expanding the company's footprint in the ANZ region, partnering with enterprises to deliver new experiences and monetization opportunities.

Your day-to-day activities will involve conducting thorough research to identify potential leads and prospects within the target market. You will engage in outbound sales activities, including cold calling, emailing, and social media outreach, to initiate contact with potential customers. Collaboration with the Account Executive team is essential to exchange insights on prospect feedback, objections, and market trends, ensuring that your outreach strategies are continually refined and effective.

What You Will Do

  • Conduct in-depth research to identify potential leads and prospects within the ANZ market, aligning with ElevenLabs' target customer profile.
  • Engage in proactive outbound sales activities such as cold calling, personalized emailing, and strategic social media outreach to initiate contact with potential customers.
  • Develop and implement highly personalized and effective outreach campaigns to maximize lead conversion rates.
  • Collaborate closely with the Account Executive team to share insights on prospect feedback, objections, and emerging market trends.
  • Continuously refine and adjust outreach strategies based on the feedback loop, ensuring alignment with sales objectives.
  • Monitor and report key performance indicators (KPIs) related to outbound sales activities, including conversion rates, lead quality, and the effectiveness of outreach campaigns.
  • Work in tandem with the sales leadership to analyze data, identify areas for improvement, and optimize strategies for better sales outcomes.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activity, and new technologies that could impact ElevenLabs' sales strategy.

What We Are Looking For

  • A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in outbound B2B sales, with a proven track record of securing new business meetings and driving sales growth.
  • Demonstrated ability to build opportunities through creative and persistent outreach efforts.
  • Strong proficiency in using sales tools such as Adjust and Excel for data analysis, lead tracking, and performance monitoring.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with potential clients and internal stakeholders.
  • A deep understanding of the sales process, including prospecting, lead qualification, and conversion rate optimization.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-velocity environment with minimal bureaucracy, prioritizing impact over traditional job roles.
