Job Description

## About the Role The Sales Development role at Elevenlabs is a critical component of the company's outbound sales strategy, working closely with Account Executives to drive business growth. As a key member of the sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and engaging potential leads, implementing effective outreach campaigns, and collaborating with the sales leadership to analyze data and optimize strategies. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of securing net-new business meetings and a proven ability to build and qualify opportunity-sized lead lists in new markets.

## What You Will Do - Conduct research to identify potential leads and prospects within the target market - Engage in outbound activities such as cold calling, emailing, and social media outreach to initiate contact with potential customers - Implement personalized and effective outreach campaigns to maximize lead conversion - Collaborate closely with the Account Executive to exchange insights on prospect feedback, objections, and market trends - Continuously refine and adjust outreach strategies based on the feedback loop - Monitor and report key performance indicators (KPIs) related to outbound sales activities, including conversion rates, lead quality, and outreach effectiveness - Collaborate with the sales leadership to analyze data and optimize strategies for better results - Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the company's products and services, as well as the competitive landscape - Identify and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging industry contacts and market intelligence

## What We Are Looking For - 2-3+ years of outbound B2B sales experience, with a strong track record of securing net-new business meetings - Proven ability to build and qualify opportunity-sized lead lists in new markets and verticals - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and persuade potential customers - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and optimize sales strategies - Proficiency in sales tools and technologies, including CRM software and sales automation platforms - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on results and accountability - Strong understanding of the sales process, including prospecting, qualifying, and closing deals - Experience working with AI-driven sales solutions, or a strong willingness to learn and adapt

## Nice to Have - Experience working in the tech or software industry, with a strong understanding of the competitive landscape - Familiarity with sales enablement tools and technologies, including content management and sales analytics platforms - Certification in sales or a related field, such as a CRM or sales methodology certification - Fluency in multiple languages, with the ability to engage with customers and prospects in their native language
