About the Role
Elevenlabs is transforming the way businesses interact with technology, and as a Sales Development professional in LATAM, you will play a crucial role in driving this vision forward. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve leveraging Adjust and Excel to analyze market trends, identify opportunities, and develop strategic sales plans. As a sales development professional, you will have the opportunity to work with these platforms, understanding their capabilities, and identifying potential sales opportunities. Your role will be critical in helping businesses in LATAM deliver seamless and intelligent customer experiences through the integration of Elevenlabs' AI-powered solutions.
What You Will Do
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive growth in the LATAM region
- Utilize Adjust and Excel to analyze market trends, track sales performance, and identify areas for improvement
- Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers at target businesses
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies
- Conduct market research to stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking, referrals, and proactive outreach
- Develop and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and other sales materials
- Negotiate sales agreements and contracts with clients
- Provide excellent customer service to existing clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention
- Stay up-to-date with Elevenlabs' products and services, including ElevenAgents, ElevenCreative, and ElevenAPI
- Participate in sales forecasting, pipeline management, and performance metrics analysis
What We Are Looking For
- 2+ years of experience in sales development or a related field, preferably in the tech or AI industry
- Proven track record of driving sales growth and meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong understanding of the LATAM market, including its business culture, trends, and regulatory environment
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with minimal supervision
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to leverage data to inform sales strategies
- Proficiency in Adjust and Excel, with the ability to learn new tools and technologies quickly
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Fluency in Spanish and English, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages

- Experience working with AI-powered sales tools and platforms
- Knowledge of sales enablement strategies and techniques
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales automation tools
- Certification in sales or a related field, such as a CPSA or CSS
