About the Role

The Sales Development Lead role at Elevenlabs represents a pivotal opportunity to shape the company's sales strategy and growth trajectory in the LATAM region. As a seasoned sales professional, you will be expected to lead and scale a high-performing team of Sales Development Representatives (SDRs), fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement. Your expertise will be instrumental in establishing scalable processes for outbound prospecting, qualification, and handoff to Account Executives, ensuring seamless collaboration and alignment across the sales organization.

Elevenlabs is at the forefront of AI innovation, having launched the first human-like AI voice model in 2023 and since expanded into three main platforms: ElevenAgents, ElevenCreative, and ElevenAPI. What You Will Do

  • Lead and coach a team of SDRs, focusing on talent development and performance optimization
  • Develop and refine outbound prospecting strategies to drive pipeline growth and conversion rates
  • Collaborate with Account Executives and sales leadership to ensure alignment on pipeline targets and performance metrics
  • Design and implement onboarding, enablement, and coaching frameworks for SDRs
  • Utilize data and tooling to continuously optimize sales strategy, outreach quality, and conversion rates
  • Contribute to go-to-market experimentation and expansion efforts across customer segments and global markets
  • Foster a team culture of curiosity, innovation, and excellence
  • Work closely with the sales operations team to optimize sales processes and tools
  • Develop and manage sales analytics and performance reports to inform strategic decisions

What We Are Looking For

  • Proven experience in sales development leadership, preferably in the tech or AI industry
  • Strong track record of scaling high-performing sales teams and driving revenue growth
  • Expertise in outbound prospecting, sales strategy, and pipeline management
  • Excellent coaching, leadership, and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Strong data analysis and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with sales tools and technologies, such as CRM and sales automation platforms
  • Fluency in English and Spanish (preferable for the LATAM region)
