Sales Development Manager

## About the Role Dune is seeking a Sales Development Manager to build and own its outbound motion and pipeline creation engine. This is a hands-on role for someone who can execute and lay the foundations for a highly effective SDR function. ## Responsibilities - Own and execute Dune's outbound and pipeline generation strategy across multiple channels - Act as an individual contributor initially, prospecting, researching, messaging, and booking meetings - Build and evolve a repeatable SDR playbook, including account mapping, ICP segmentation, outreach sequencing, and qualification - Lead market and account mapping across enterprise and mid-market segments, identifying priority industries, personas, and use cases ## Requirements - Experience in GTM and Excel is crucial for this role - Ability to learn fast, adapt quickly, and bring world-class outbound discipline into a crypto-native environment
